On 31st May 2024, Dr Chola Milambo, Zambia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, set the tone at a closed-door roundtable entitled “Digital Society: Building Digitally Inclusive Communities for the Future”, hosted by UNDP in collaboration with the Government of Singapore (IMDA) during the Singapore Asia Tech x Summit.
The roundtable brought together governments, the private sector, and civil society.
Dr Milambo attended the roundtable in his capacity as Co-facilitator of the United Nations Intergovernmental negotiations on the Global Digital Compact (GDC).
