New York, 25.09.25 – 2025 – On the margins of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Ambassador Dr. Chola Milambo, Permanent Representative of Zambia to the United Nations, participated in a panel discussion highlighting the critical role of blended finance in uncertain futures.
Co-hosted by Impact Fund Denmark and PenSam, the event convened experts to explore innovative financing solutions for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
Ambassador Milambo emphasized the high potential returns on investment and the effectiveness of blended finance instruments in mobilizing private capital to drive sustainable development.
He also spotlighted Africa’s vast potential and the need to reassess risk perceptions on the continent, while highlighting Zambia’s proactive efforts to create a conducive business environment.
